Tamworth Men's Firsts Vs Solihull

Tamworth Men's First XI suffered a 7-0 thrashing away at Solihull Blossomfield.  The game had started out as an even affair as the hosts created chances through their domination of possession but Tamworth had as many opportunties as they took advantage on the breakaway.  Unfortunately the weight of pressure from Solihull told and they took a two goal lead into half time with a goal from open play and one from a penalty corner.

In the second half Tamworth were picked apart as the game was stretched and Solihull scored five more including a penalty flick with town struggling to keep the ball. Tamworth have no fixture this week and will look to bounce back at Bromsgrove.
